Day 01:- Arrival – Shanti Stupa
Arrival Leh by morning flight and transfer to the hotel. Full day of rest for acclimatization to the high altitude of Leh (11,500 ft / 3500 mtrs). In the late afternoon visit the City Centre for an orientation walk in Leh Bazaar, followed by a visit to Shanti Stupa.
Day 02:- Leh - Local Sightseeing
After leisurely breakfast visit Shey Palace, Sindhu Ghats, Thiksey Monastery & Stok Palace Museum. Post lunch visit Hall of Fame, Kali Mandir ('Temple of Guardians' (Gon-khang in Spituk monastery), Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Point.
Day 03:- Leh - Pangong Lake - Leh
Full day excursion to Pangong Lake (approx. 300 kms round trip, located on the Indo-China Border), via Chang-la pass (alt: 17370 ft.) After sightseeing and lunch at the lakeside, drive back to Leh, reaching in the late afternoon / evening.
Day 04:- Leh - KhardongLa - Leh
Excursion to Khardong-La (80 kms round trip), highest motorable pass in the world (alt: 18,380 ft.) and recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records. Rest of the day at leisure to explore the markets for shopping etc.
Day 05:- Leh - Departure
Early morning transfer to the airport for taking the flight back home.

Then pass through a bridge laid on Glaciers will lead you to Deskit, Check in at camping. Afternoon short drive will take you to panamic, which is famous for its hot sulphur springs. Explore Deskit, Hunder villages and Camel safari in sand Dunes In the evening return back to the camp.
Day 04:- Nubra valley - Leh
After breakfast visit Deskit Monastery and drive back to Leh by same route, crossing Khardongla pass. Overnight Hotel.
Day 05:- Leh - Pangong Lake - Leh
After early breakfast leave for pangong lake(14,500 fts),through changla pass(17,350 fts) third hightest motorable road in the world. Arrive Pangong hightest salt water lake in the world, shared by two countries India & China.Enjoy beauty of lake on banks of the lake while appreciating the changing colours of fascinating high attitude lake. Drive back to leh by same route. Overnight Hotel.

OVERLAND SAFARI TO LADDAKH TOUR

Day 1 : Arrive - Manali
On arrival at manali, transfer to hotel. Afternoon local sightseeing of manali
Day 2 : Manali - Sarchu (222 km)
Early morning drive to Serchu, driving across Rohtang Pass (13050 ft) and passing through Keylong, Jispa and Dracha and then cross the Baralacha Pass (16020 ft) to arrive at Serchu in the late afternoon. Overnight in fixed camp at Serchu.
Day 3 : Sarchu - Leh (255 Km)
After early breakfast leave for Leh en-route crossing Nakeela and Lachalung-la Pass (16,617 ft.). Break for lunch at Pang and then drive on towards Leh passing through Skyangchu Thang (a vast plateau stretching for 42 kms) and then crossing Taglang-La (17,585ft) and driving through the upper Indus Valley. Reach Leh by evening. Overnight in hotel.
Day 4 : In Leh : visit the town and surrounds
The morning is at leisure for rest after the long journey. Afternoon visit Shanti Stupa Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5 : Leh - Pangong Lake (150 kms.)
Early departure for Pangong Lake (approx. 145 kms, located on the Indo China Border), via Chang-la pass (alt: 17370 ft). After full day of sightseeing around the Lake check-in at fixed tented camp near the lake at Spangmik or drive back for 30 kms to Tangtse and check into Hotel / Guest House for overnight stay.
Day 6 : Pangong-Hemis / Thiksey-Leh (165 kms.)
After breakfast, leave Pangong / Tangtse and retrace the Leh route across Chang-la. Upon reaching Karu, drive across the Indus and visit the famous Hemis Monastery, biggest monastery of Ladakh. Later drive on to Leh, enroute visiting the picturesque Thiksey monastery. Overnight in hotel.
Day 7 : Leh - Khardongla - Nubra Valley (125 kms.)
After breakfast leave for Nubra Valley, driving across Khardong-la (alt: 18,380 ft). After descending from the pass, drive on for sightseeing of Sumoor area and Samstaling Gompa. Later check into a fixed camp in the same area or drive across to Deskit / Hundar for overnight in a fixed camp or hotel.
Day 8 : Nubra Valley- Khardongla-Leh (125 kms.)
In the morning visit / explore Deskit , Hundar and the Sand Dunes where you can enjoy a short camel safari using the double-humped Bactrian camel found here (optional on direct payment). Later drive back to Leh reaching in the late afternoon / evening. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 9 : Departure Leh
Early morning transfer to the airport for taking the flight back home.
